Flower Petals and Raindrops
The geranium I almost killed last winter is blooming. I made an attempt at macro photograpy with my long lens, tripod, and shutter release cable.
The colors ended up a little washed out, probably because I lit it using flourescent lamps—I may try again tomorrow after work if I can get some good sunlight.
I also tried taking pictures of the ten-minute downpour this afternoon, but despite my repeated attempts I still haven’t quite been able to capture what I like about the look of a rainy day.

beauiful picture. It is in the compositiion.
I also like the resolution, the hairs on the stem.
re drive without looking day: I mostly stayed home. no one pulled in front of me.
